Medical and Important Information Binders!

How do you keep track all your kids medical and important documents?
I use a easy binder system and it has made doctor appointments so much easier. I made one binder for each child so it’s convenient to bring to each appointment
I’d like to share how I put them together and what materials I used. Plus I’ve created a FREE printable to download so it’s easy to create your own!

You’ll need:

• 2” binder
• Clear protective sleeves
• Divider tabs
• Free printable pages
• Optional- pencil pouch, pen, sticky notepad and envelope style binder pouch.

 I picked a 2” size binder so I will have room to add documents as they come.

The first page should be a business card hold (or baseball card holder)
I purchased mine at Staples, HERE.
The business card holder section is where you would place the business card of anyone associated with your child. Their primary care doctor, dentist, any specialist, barber, piano teacher... everyone!
